- Cook bacon to desired crispiness on flattop. Slice into chunky bits.
- Layout arugula on a plate, then sprinkle with bacon bits and glazed pecan pieces. Dice beets and goat cheese and sprinkle on top, or roll them into a roulade for a presentation that will wow.
- Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette on top, then serve.
