For Father's Day this year, Chef Marcus is giving Dad a Mountain of food! And what better way to start than with this massive Tomahawk Steak and crispy fried potatoes? Chef says you can easily transform this entree by dressing it up with a gorgeous cutting board presentation and a chunked-potato vegetable medley, or dress it down with brown paper and some house-made signature-seasoned fries! Even though Chef says he prefers the more rustic presentation, he still dressed up the flavor by tossing the fries in Parmesan, minced garlic, and truffle butter.

- Sear both sides of the steak in a hot pan or on the flat top. One a nice crust forms, move steak to the oven. Be sure to wrap the bone of the steak once it reaches your desired color to stop it from darkening further.
- Cook the steak in the oven to guest’ desired temperature.
- Meanwhile, cut and fry potatoes until they are a nice golden brown.
- Plate, top steak with melted butter and serve.
