When it comes to traditional Valentine's Day dinners, Chef Marcus says you can't go wrong with a classic Surf & Turf, like this Filet & Lobster for two. Chef recommends the filet for the lean cut of meat she will like, and the lobster for the decadence of a date night to remember. Or, consider offering a build-your-own Surf & Turf by letting guests pick which cut of steak and seafood item they want from your menu. Pair with simple sauteed vegetables to let the meat in this dish truly be the star of the show! What are you serving for Valentines? Be sure to take a picture and tag us on Facebook and Instagram! |
