- Slow roast the short ribs in the oven until tender enough to pull apart with a fork.
- Boil pasta until tender.
- Meanwhile, sautee onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Once tender, add your demi de veal to begin making your stroganoff sauce, and flour to thicken sauce. Add cream for a smooth rich texture.
- Top with your choice of sauce and slices of short rib.
