- Season the beef ahead of time with salt and pepper, then reserve for later.
- Cut and season all veggies you wish to use in the recipe.
- Skewer the veggies and meat in an alternating pattern, then grill until beef is the desired temperature.
PRO TIP: Make your kabobs out of tender cuts of meat. If you are using sirloin, try marinating the steak ahead of time to ensure that every bite is consistently tender.
