Preparation
- Prepare the mashed potatoes according to package instructions.
- Scoop a portion of mashed potatoes into an oven-safe dish and bake until a golden crust just begin to form.
- Meanwhile, grill tips and tails to guest’s desired temperature, and sauté vegetables in the glace demi.
- Add steak to the veggie mixture and ladle over the mashed potatoes. Serve piping hot.
