Chef Marcus just couldn't resist the Dad joke with this one... But all jokes aside, Dad is going to love this mountain of mussels at Father's Day dinner. Simply seasoned and steam, Chef topped the mussels off in a zesty pico de gallo and served with grilled flatbread strips for some tasty sopping. This dish will be a messy treat for the whole family, so Chef Marcus recommends you think of Mom too and give the family extra napkins.
