1 lb lobster
1 cup fine unseasoned bread crumbs
½ cup finely chipped onion
3 5/8 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
½ cup milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 oz butter
Fresh Baby Arugula
- Combine lobster, crumbs, onion, and parsley in a medium-size bowl.
- Stir in milk, egg, and Worcestershire lemon juice and mix well.
- Shape into 8 patties, adding additional bread crumbs if mixture is too moist.
- Pan fry in butter in large skillet; cook 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Easy to BURN!
