- Cook 8 oz of fries in the fryer for 3-4 minutes, until they are golden and crispy.
- Toss fries with 2 tbsp of Kens Ranch French Fry Sauce.
- Plate the fries and top with 1 tbsp of shredded cheddar cheese and 1 tbsp of chopped cooked bacon.
- Melt the cheese over the fries and garnish with 1 tsp of chilled diced tomatoes and 2 scallion sprigs, thinly sliced.
