To come up with a holiday dessert, sometimes it's as simple as adding an ingredient to the dish. Chef Marcus created this Peaches and Cream Cheesecake by topping his traditional New York-style Cheesecake with some warmed peaches. The classic cold cream cheesecake and warm peach topping is the perfect pairing for a July 4th feature!

- Pour 2 cups of frozen fruit and 1/3 cup sugar into a small saucepan over low heat. Stir occasionally until fruit is softened (about 5-10 minutes).
- Once fruit is mostly thawed, increase heat to medium until fully thawed.
- Let cool then serve on top of the cheesecake.
