While the holidays like Thanksgiving can be a great time to rake in the business, it can also be a stressful time for meal preparation. You don't want to prep too few turkey dinners and run out early, but you also don't want to throw out the unsold products. That's why Chef Marcus is serving up these Black Friday Breakfast Sandwiches! House-made biscuits filled with mashed potatoes, turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and a nice runny fried egg make a great grab-n-go breakfast for those early-morning shoppers. And best of all? No trashed product!
