- Sear sirloin on the grill or flattop to guest’s desired temperature.
- Meanwhile, slice tomatoes and cover slices in the balsamic vinaigrette. Crumble blue cheese over top.
- Place tomato slices over half of the plate and crumble blue cheese on top. Place lettuce on plate, slightly overlapping the tomatoes.
- Thinly slice your prepared steak and serve on top. If you want, garnish with crispy onions, cucumbers, bacon crumbles, or other salad toppings.
