- Cut chicken breasts into strips and spear onto a skewer.
- Dredge the chicken in dry waffle batter, then place on plate. Mix together your waffle batter, adding an extra egg to the mix for a thicker consistency, then dredge the chicken skewer again.
- Knock off any excess batter and fry in a 350⁰ fryer until golden brown.
¼ cup Orange Liqueur
3 to 4 tblpoons sugar
2 to 3 tblspoon orange juice
- In a food processor, puree strawberries, orange liqueur, sugar, and orange juice. Taste, adding more sugar, if desired. Put in a pot and reduce to desired thickness.
