Chef Marcus is changing things up for this holiday feature! This hearty Ruben-stuffed Baked Potato is a winner on the lunch menu for guests who just aren't feeling like the usual sandwich. Or, try offering this as a premium side upgrade on the dinner menu for those guests who don't want just a taste of St. Patrick's day, not for it to be their entire meal.
